Eagleye Hunting Gear - Terms and Conditions

Dealer Contract:

Dealer Trade, payments and pricingAll Dealer Orders that are processed through the website dealer portal are purchase orders only. They are not payable. Eagleye reserves the right to adjust any discrepancies or incorrect listings if we discover a mistake in the listing, or if raw materials supply prices vary and fluctuate Eagleye may vary prices accordingly. A delivery charge will be incurred upon producing of the invoice unless otherwise negotiated by the buyer. Payment Terms will be honoured by the buyer adhering to the agreed payment terms established with Eagleye Head Office. Breeching of, or late/overdue accounts will incur an immediate cut of supply until such accounts are settled. Late/overdue payments will cause a change to payment terms thereafter such account is settled. A change to terms of the account may include payment before delivery terms or COD.  

Dealer Portal Access: Accounts become deactivated if no activity/orders has been made in 12 months or if the minimum spend per year hasn't been met.

Confidential Information: means information of a confidential nature whether oral, written or in electronic form including, but not limited to, this Contract, either party’s intellectual property, operational information, know-how, trade secrets, financial and commercial affairs, contracts, client information (including but not limited to, “Personal Information” such as: name, address, D.O.B, occupation, driver’s license details, electronic contact (email, Facebook or Twitter details), medical insurance details or next of kin and other contact information (where applicable), previous credit applications, credit history) and pricing details. The Seller reserves the right to terminate the Buyer’s order if it learns that you have provided false or misleading information, interfered with other users or the administration of the Seller’s business, or violated these terms and conditions.

Deliveries of Goods: Eagleye pick and pack within a 2 day period depending on availability of ordered goods. Eagleye reserves the right to hold or backorder ordered goods until they are available. At the Seller’s sole discretion, the cost of Delivery is either included in the Price or is in addition to the Price. Eagleye may deliver the Goods in separate instalments. Each separate instalment shall be invoiced and paid in accordance with the provisions in these terms and conditions. Any time specified by the Seller for Delivery of the Goods is an estimate only. Eagleye will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Buyer as a result of Delivery being late. However both parties agree that they shall make every endeavour to enable the Goods to be delivered at the time and place as was arranged between both parties.   

Ownership of Goods: Ownership of goods is not transferred until the goods are paid for in full. Eagleye reserves the right to reclaim goods that are unpaid for past the agreed payment terms after the goods are delivered and received.   

Warranties

All brands sold on this site are under supplied manufacturer’s warranty stated on the package. All products and units have spare parts and can be supplied direct from Eagleye or a Dealer. Warranty only covers parts that have failed, not abused or damaged from misuse by the user. To make such claims the consumer is expected to either return the item to the Dealer, or mail it to Eagleye Head Office. A warranty claim must be completed on the warranty claim facility on the Eagleye Website. Eagleye does not cover damage to equipment, persons, or properties while using these products. Shooting, hunting or any sport has a risk factor of danger and can cause harm, the user must be cautious and use at own risk. 

Consumer Assurance

Privacy and Security

All payments and credit card details are secured and considered highly confidential. All credit card numbers are destroyed once the transaction is complete.

Consumer and Dealer email and contact details supplied will automatically be placed in the Eagleye Data Base whereby the Consumer or Dealer will receive relative emails concerning the products Eagleye produces or may be promoting at the time. This includes warranties or call backs of any kind that may arise during the life of the product. If the buyer does not wish to receive such emails, the buyer is expected to state this at the time of the purchase or simply unsubscribe upon receiving an email.   

Deliveries and Inventory

Domestic delivery may take between 3-5 days to dispatch depending on the availability of the items ordered. If dispatch will be delayed for longer than 3-5 days, the buyer will receive a notice of such delay and have the option of a refund or to wait for the item to be dispatched. Usual delivery times can vary from 2-10 days depending on location. A tracking number will be supplied once dispatch has been completed.

International delivery may take between 3-5 days to dispatch. If dispatch will be delayed for longer than 3-5 days, the buyer will receive a notice of such delay and have the option of a refund or to wait for the item dispatch. Delivery times are between 10-20 days, depending on the country or region. Considering time zones and weekends this may take a little longer on some occasions, including Christmas time periods which may cause more delays. A tracking number will be supplied once dispatch has been completed. Eagleye reserves the right to deny a delivery to particular countries or regions where we see necessary, whereby the consumer will receive a full refund.

 Incorrect Listings:

Any website errors in listing of the Product name, description, or pricing of any item displayed on this website is subject to database listings and if listed incorrectly due to human error or software error, will be changed as soon as possible to be corrected. If a purchase is made of an item and it has an incorrect product name, description, or pricing, then we will notify you immediately upon receiving the order of the incorrect listing. We are not obliged to sell an item listed with incorrect details in any manner and is part of our Ordering Policy that when making a purchase any item can be withdrawn from sale due to being out of stock or incorrectly listed for whatever reason.
